SECOM
The Office of Communication (SECOM) at UFSC is responsible for managing and integrating the University’s institutional communication system, made up of UFSC Communication Agency (Agecom), TV UFSC and Radio UFSC (under implementation).
SECOM carries out planning and strategic activities, based on good communication practices. It develops training for communication and management agents, enabling them to perform multiple communication tasks at the University. It also aims to ensure the projection of a positive institutional image within society, fostering connections and developing communication actions focused on promoting scientific dissemination and the plural and democratic values.
SECOM is also responsible for assisting the Rector’s Office on communication-related topics, managing the Rector’s communication networks, and serving the press.
